What data is collected
- When you submit a request: full name, phone number, the selected course and an optional note.
- Automatically when you visit the site: IP address, browser type and pages viewed (for statistics).

- To contact you about your request and provide information about courses.
- To improve service quality and site performance (aggregated statistics).
Who the data is shared with
Requests are delivered only to the centre's responsible staff (including via Telegram). We do not sell your data to third parties. External analytics services (for example Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica) may be used for site statistics.
Certificates (student achievements)
Our students' results (CEFR and other certificates) may be published on the site as examples of achievement. The certificate image and the student's name are shown. They are published only with the consent of the student or their legal guardian. If you would like your certificate removed from the site, contact us using the details below — we will delete it immediately.
How long data is kept
Requests are kept for as long as needed to contact you. Visit logs are deleted automatically after a limited period.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores your chosen language and light/dark theme in your browser. Analytics services may use their own cookies.
